Cheongsam, also known as QiPao, was popularized by Chinese upper-class women in early 20th century. It features feminine body-hugging cuts with distinctive Chinese dress features of tall Mandarin collar, large front, Pankou botton and side slits.
This porcelain QiPao made in JingDeZhen, porcelain capital of China, shows a vivid body shape in QiPao. High quality porcelain and glaze make its blue and white flowers scattering elegantly. And red thread buttons are pretty highlights. This QiPao is very oriental but modern in design. We love it as a nice tabletop decoration by one or as a pair with another pattern (separately listed).
