Shipping policy

At this stage, we ship our products only to Continental US.    

ANTIQUE

For furniture, White Glove is used with estimated shipping time of 4-6 weeks.  We recommend this shipping type based on item size, value and fragility.  Insurance will be included.  Small antiques will be carefully packaged and shipped using insured shipping methods.  Estimated shipping time 2-3 weeks.

Shipping cost is charged separately from listed price and will be calculated when the product is checked out.

If purchaser is located in Philadelphia or nearby area and prefers a pick up, we are happy to coordinate.  Please contact us at yan.homeandliving@gmail.com to schedule.

NON ANTIQUE

Most of our non-antique products are either specially designed by local artists or handmade by local craftsman per make-to-order.  There is an estimated lead time of 1-2 weeks, plus another 1-2 weeks of shipping assuming no delay in custom clearance.  Shipping cost is calculated at check out.  If we have the purchased product in stock, we use UPS or Fedex Ground for US delivery, normally arriving in 1-2 weeks.
