Returns
ANTIQUE. We wish you satisfied with your purchase and will be actively supporting your selection through your ordering process. However, due to the nature of antique products, all antique sales are final. The order is non-cancellable after shipping is arranged. No returns are allowed without prior written authorization. On rare cases, upon receipt of your order and before shipping is arranged, if your are not completely satisfied with your selection, we will offer you the right to return for exchange or credit towards another purchase of the same or higher value - subject to a 5% restocking fee.
NON ANTIQUE. We want you to be happy about your purchase. But if it does not work for your home, we understand. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will also be responsible for return shipping fee and return pick up fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at yan.homeandliving@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We will makes sure all items are in good condition as described before releasing to shipper.
ANTIQUE. Imperfection is normal for antique or vintage items. Our shipping of antique products have insurance coverage and insurance fees are included in total cost. Please inspect the item at the time of delivery. You must inspect the item for concealed new damage and if any damage has occurred during shipping process, an insurance claim must be made upon receipt by you to the freight company. We are not responsible for any damages that may occurred while in transit. Failure to notify us within 7 days is deemed to be a waiver of claim with respect to such a defect.
NON ANTIQUE. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like all ANTIQUE and VINTAGE products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on FINAL sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
