Please use below terms and conditions upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by YanHomeandLiving without notice at any time, for any reason.
Return Policy
Antiques. We wish you satisfied with your purchase and will be actively supporting your selection through your ordering process. However, due to the nature of antique products, all antique sales are final. The order is non-cancellable. No returns are allowed without prior written authorization. On rare cases, upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied with your selection, we will offer you the right to return for exchange or credit towards another purchase of the same or higher value – subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus any additional shipping costs.
Non-Antiques. We want you to be happy about your purchase and will be actively supporting your selection through your ordering process. But if it does not work for your home, we understand. Please contact us at yanhomeandliving@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your products so we can help you to work on other options or start return process. In case you choose to return, you will have full responsibility of your objects are returned in the same condition as you received them. You will also be responsible for return shipping fee and return pick up fee. We will recommend shipper but you can choose yours, but please be sure to insure it for the full value.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling cost is not included in the product price. Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance, or as listed in the product description. YanHomeandLiving will make sure all items are in good condition before releasing to shipper.
Antiques shipped are covered by insurance and insurance fees are included in total shipping cost. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the item at time of delivery. The customer must inspect the item for concealed damage and if any damage has occurred, an insurance claim must be made upon receipt by the customer to the freight company. YanHomeandLiving is not responsible for any damages that may have occurred while in transit. Failure to notify YanHomeandLiving within 7 days is deemed to be a waiver of claim with respect to such defect.
Non Antiques are not insured unless requested by the customer and customer will be responsible for insurance cost.
Product Quality
YanHomeandLiving focuses on selling antique products and handmade products. We ensure quality of all products we are selling before handing them to shipper's hand. Due to nature of antiques and handmade products, normal wearing signs due to age of a product or minor flaws due to handmade nature do not fall in quality issues. Customer Privacy
Customer privacy will be protected at YanHomeandLiving and we will not share any of our customers information with other parties.
